The kids and I headed to the mts. on Thursday evening. That day was filled with packing, spa treatments for me and jaylee getting her nose pierced!! At dinner time we headed out. It was nice following Mandy on the dark windy mountain roads.
Friday we headed to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and hiked. The kids LOVED the first 1/2 of the hike. The way back was UP the Canyon and they did NOT enjoy it!!
Everyone else came up Friday night. We cooked chicken and potatoes on the fire then rode 4 Wheelers. They saw 3 cubs climbing trees!! (I was asleep by then, LOL)
Saturday the kids were up early!! Probably because they were all sleeping in 1 room. There was lots of riding going on. Jack learned to ride the motorcycle, Jaylee went solo on the 4 Wheeler (she had a helmet, but in my only photo she hadn't put it on yet). Jennibelle learned to drive it, but an adult was always along for the ride. Jimmy could've cared less.
After Greek Spaghetti (with steaks on the grill) we finally celebrated jimmy's birthday!!!
We handed out Fathers Day gifts too... Jason and George got the same, unplanned gift!

Jaylee and Morgan relaxed A LOT this weekend!!
Sunday we got to go tubing down the river!! 2 miles took us appx 1 hour. It was SO MUCH FUN! So relaxing. I thought the boys would be scared at first but they loved every minute of it... especially when we went fast! We got out at a little beach area with lots of mud.
Mandy put together a scavenger hunt for the kids right before we left. I invited ourselves back up there later this summer because my kids loved it so much! It's Mandy's in laws cabin in Morris, PA. They are great hosts.
