Jaylee lost her 2nd front tooth this week.

I think she looks sooo cute.

She likes to smile for the pix now!!!

This last shot reminds me of Audrey for some reason.

Hopefully, we won't be losing anymore teeth any time soon!!

Jason doesn't often get to go with us to DW so today was special.

Jenni joined in the Duke's Dance Party while Daddy & Jaylee were on water slides.

Her teacher, Mrs Lee, taught her how to take these seeds and split them so that they stick on your nose... Jenni LOVES to do this to us whenever we pass the right kind of tree!

Beach Trip... Just Girls

Beach Vacation

Mandy, our friend Kelly Legg and I took our kids to Ocean City, NJ for a 3 day vacation.

What fun!!!

These pix are random and not only out of order, but pretty much backwards. BUT... The Stringhams have got me on FaceBook now and I am too tired to double post all my pix nicely.

So, here goes...

JAYLEE LOST HER FRONT TOOTH

and she looks cute!!

Jennibelle and Daddy have been talking about Bravery so this trip she tried many new things...

being buried in the sand, going underwater, swimming across the pool underwater, riding on kids rides that leave the ground & venturing out into the ocean (to her knee-deep)...

We were mostly together as a group the whole time but one night I ended up on the beach alone with my girls. We had a blast!!! It was probably close to midnight and the beach was empty!

Our second day was a rainy one, we walked the boards, got soaked, hung out in the hotel, watched the storms from the boardwalk, got soaked, swam in the pool while it rained, got soaked, and watched TV. Here's the 3 bigger girls.

The girls didn't mind being in the hotel room... they had a baby to play with.

The first and third day were gorgeous at the beach!!!

It was a fun time!!! We were NOT ready to come home!!!

Now we're excited for Seattle!!!!

The Darn Kitchen

It's not red again... YET!!

I decided to try a blue/gray color before giving up and going back to red.

Jason loves it...

I do not.

He may just be being nice...

or sick of me painting!!!

But, it's staying for now.

What do you think?!?

I need new cfurtains and new floor mats...
this is getting more expensive than I had planned.
I think it has a purple hue to it.
I may even go a few shades darker gray...

before going back to red!!!

Painting the Kitchen

WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!?!?!?

I always get these wild redecorating ideas and just run with them...

I often repaint a room in a day just because we had no plan for that day.

Well, this was the first time I ever regretted my impromptu decision.

I am soooo sad.

Remember my beautiful RED kitchen?!?

Look what I did...

I thought a lighter color would make my countertops "pop"

I was wrong.

So, 2 whole days of priming and painting...

And tomorrow I will restart painting 2 more coats of red.

I had left the one wall red, as an accent wall.

Obviously, not a good idea.

Though it is less to paint red again tomorrow!!!

4th of July Weekend

And it's not even over yet...

We started Friday night with camping.

While we were packing, the girls spotted groundhogs across the street.

This is what I found when I went looking for them...

It was time to go home!!!!!!

When we were refreshed, we hit the pool for an hour...

Sat night we set of hireworks at our house before Mama left for work.

I didn't get any pix b/c I was too busy panicking over the kids and fire.

Tomorrow we're going to Lancaster's Fireworks with the orchestra.
