The New Farmhouse

I LOVE going to The Parade of Homes each year. This year was special though. Our farmhouse was moved and totally renovated. It is Gorgeous... 2018 Gorgeous. Everything inside is new, only the brick remains. They did salvage most of the wooden floors, but flipped them over. Our Landlord’s son is moving in. He’s not married, or has kids. There was no Family room or finished basement. Here are a few photos from my tour.

Jennibelle’s room... it used to be so dark, with Hunter Green walls. The fireplace looks untouched.

Jaylee’s room now has a private entrance!

The master is no longer maroon. The fireplace is also untouched.

Teenage Jennibelle

We finally got to celebrate Jennibelle becoming a teenager. She invited 20 friends and the Liounis clan to celebrate at Lake Blue Marsh. The weather was 84’ and sunny. The 4 hour party included lake swimming, sand playing, selfies, Pizza, cake, presents and hanging out. This was her first co-ed party so she was thrilled.

For her birthday, she was spoiled (yet again). She had a McDonald’s breakfast, I dropped off a cupcake at school, the soccer team sang to her and had cupcakes, we had Greek Spaghetti for dinner and then we did ice cream cake and presents!!!!!!!!

She got her ears pierced with 2nd holes, Jaylee picked out sneakers for her, Jack got her a soccer outfit, Jimmy picked out a cactus and Jason found a leash for her guinea pig.

Here’s a few pics of her celebrations...

Five Year Old Jimmy

Jimmy has had an exciting year!
And an exciting start to being 5!!

He had a party with all of his PA cousins at the Rec, where we swam and swam and swam. His hard work this week paid off... he swam all day long without floaties. He jumped in the deep end, swam and floated.

Then we came home to grill... but the weather changed our plans, we ordered pizza- lots of pizzas. Then had cake and ice cream.

We ended the night by just hanging out in the TV room without the TV for an hour:)

Here’s a peek at his year, since he didn’t want me to make a video this year.
