Our Easter weekend...

Busy, busy, busy...

What else is new?!?

On Thrusday, we went to visit Poppop in Philly.

(He's working his very last Outage EVER!!)

Before we met up with him for dinner, we went to the Philly Zoo.

It will be our last time there for quite a while.

Our membership was soon expiring so we wanted to get another day there.

It took close to 3 hours to get there and park (norm 90 mins).

Mandy & I drove seperate...

we had to drop Brian and the girls off at the entrance and go find parking...

ONE MILE LATER, I found a spot!

(Of course, it was only a spot after I threw the orange cone into the bushes!!)

The zoo was sooo busy.

They don't have elephants, panda bears, or orangutans (sp) anymore!!!!

A real zoo without elephants... unacceptable!!

The girls LOVE being with Morgan.

Averyone's favorite animal was the giraffe...

We spent Good friday morning yard saling and ran into friends...

so we spent the afternoon at Jen Arsenaults for a play date.

Saturday was spent at Easter Egg Hunts.

First, at Jenni's school.

She was thrilled to take her friend Serenity.

Unfortunately, they split the kids up and had tehm go at the same time.

Jason went with Jenni and I stuck with Jaylee.

NO BROKEN ARM WILL SLOW HER DOWN!!

Then we went to our next door neighbors...

Larry, Anne, Russ, Tonya & Emily Sexton.

There is never any candy at this hunt...

JUST MONEY!!!

The girls were super excited.

Plus, Emily is one of the bestest friends!!!

I love that they don't even see her disabilities!!

For the bigger kids, we even hid eggs in Emily's clothes!!

Counting their eggs... each one was worth a quarter.

Larry still had money to hand out, so there was a dollar round.

Jenni found 3 eggs and gave them all away to other people...

so much like her Mom...

showering gifts at people to show love!! FINALLY...

Easter morning.

Jaylee found her basket first.

Then I found this white basket that she put together for me as an Easter gift...

so thoughtful!!

Couldit be b/c she never bought me my Easter flowers that I begged them for?!?!

I WISH I had Jenni on video when she opened her LPS eggs...

Jaylee had already opened her 3 XL eggs that each contained and LPS in each one.

Jenni watched her open them, but it did not "click".

She then went to her basket, opened her first egg and literally almost fell backwards in shock that there was an LPS in the egg.

After she got her bearrings, she opened her 2nd egg....

complete disbelief AGAIN!!

The girls went to church with Nann and Poppop while Mama caught up on sleep

I worked until 6am.

Then we all went to Poppop's for the afternoon.

80 degrees!!!!!

Much of the afternoon was spent either on the trampoline or begging to get back on the trampoline.

They love the Easter egg hunt!

This year the XL size eggs were for Morgan,

while the girls had their eggs actually hidden!

ONLY JASON would hide yellow eggs in the yellow bushes!!

I had to take a pic of my parents next door neighbor who LITERALLY mowes his yeard EVERY time we are having some sort of outdoor party at their house...

as Jenni would say.

The girls all had off Monday so we headed to the Hershey Zoo.

85 degrees!!!!

After we got too hot at the zoo,

we headed to the Hershey Chocolate World to cool off on the tour

(we rode it 3 times!!)

The the girls HAD to work on the line!!

Jenni had to workr out all the chocolate sugar when we got home, so she beat up Daddy.

Jaylee has always loved doing whatever Daddy enjoys...

Jennibelle is blossoming into this phase also!

She goes down stairs to life weights and box the heavy bag with him often!

YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last one was staged, by the way!!!

Jennibelle is still INLOVE with a little boy Adrian.

We ended our little weekend with his birthday party.

She had intended to tell him how much she loves him,

but got a little shy when she saw him

(She hadn't seen him in almost ONE YEAR!!!)

Jenni took the longest bath ever before the party...

she asked me to "shampoo my ear hair"

and then she took her pretend razor and was

SHAVING HER LIPS!!!!!

She picked out her Easter dress, wore a neclace Grandma gave her, wore a little lip gloss and had me put a bow in her hair.

She kept asking us if she was the prettiest one there.

She even took around a purse!!!

Another 88 degree day!!!

Mandy is 23 weeks prego with Cole James.

Poor Morgan could barely keep her balance!!

Funny thing...

the next day it was 50 degrees as a high and we turned the HEAT on!!!
